Happy Thursday! I hope you are having a fabulous day. I have a apron sewing project to share with you. This apron was made by me. I made my first apron like this back in late 1970 in my, Home Economic class with my sewing Teacher. My Teacher said I made my own rules about sewing. I wouldn't follow how the pattern instructed to make it. I would always try to find a short cut to finish it. I still make these apron today. This was my Grandma favorite apron to sew and wear. She made a lot of these aprons for herself and others up until she got sick. My Grandma passed away at the age of 97 back in 2005.
Here is the back of apron. I used Simplicity Pattern W3670 to make this apron. This is a easy apron to sew. I purchased all the fabric. binding, thread and pattern from Walmart. I made this apron to enter in a challenge over @ 2 Creative Chicks to make an apron
Here is a close up of my sewing. I try to keep the sewing straight but sometimes I don't keep it sewn straight. The sewing machine sometimes goes crazy fast. :) I guess I'm heavy with my foot on the sewing foot pedal! ;)Have a great week all!! Thank you so much for stopping by!! :)
Love your pretty apron Judy!
