Today for my project I created a hanging from the ceiling party decorations. This looks so great hanging from the ceiling whirling, twirling, dangling and spinning:)The star and letters is from Cricut Plantin SchoolBook Cartridge.
The green cut is from Cricut Flower Shoppe Cartridge and is the #4 flower. I added some eyelets with the Crop_A- Dile. Tied a clear plastic string through the eyelets so the star could dangle at the end of flower cut.To create bow I used a lot of curling ribbon and curled away with my scissors!!
Here it is dangling from the ceiling. I hope you like my project. Now its your turn to create something wonderful about getting older;) You can link your Over The Hill project HERE!!

Beautiful Flower Cards!

Hello everyone. Hope you all are well and having a wonderful Sunday. Sorry I haven't visited any of your blogs and left any comments last week. I've been so busy trying to get things ready for my daughter 7th birthday party this month. I'm also been trying to find a job so I can get back out and work again. I'm so bored staying at home now that my daughter attends school full time. That enough about my life. I don't want to bore you with it. I designed two cards in different colors of card stock and doilies for a friend. She wanted some cards with flowers in a vase. This is what I came up with.

I used 4 inch round silver and white paper doilies to create the flower vase on the cards. I folded the doilies on both sides to create the vase. I cut strips of green paper with my scissors for the flower stems. Embossed top of the card with Cuttlebug {Swiss Dots} folder:)This is a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inch A2 size card.

Here is a close up of the flowers. These 3D flowers are from the Cricut Flower Shoppe Cartridge. I hope you like this card and you create some just like it:) Let me know what you think about it!

Have a Wonderful Sunday everyone! Thank you all for stopping ;)

A paper rosette stand!!

Hello everyone. Hope you are having a wonderful day. It's rainy here. Here is a great idea for any Cricut cut. If you need your project to stand up on a table or desk. I made a paper rosette to use as a stand. Is that a great idea or what? My Daughter wants to give some paper flowers to her Teacher and this will work out great. The Teacher can put this flower decoration on her desk.

Cut the flowers out in all different sizes and layer them. This flower is on the Flower Shoppe cartridge and is on page 14. Only used the Heart2 cut. Would tell you what size I cut the flowers but I used my Gypsy and I don't know the size. Used two 12 x 12 sheet of paper to make these flowers. One solid paper and a pattern paper. Purchased the round wood dowel sticks from WM. Glued everything with hot glue. I had alot of fun creating this project. Didn't know if it would stand up and it did!! I will be making more of these. I love how it looks ;)

To make rosette. I used a red poster board and Cut a 3 inches wide by 22 inches long. Score every 1/2 inch. Used MS Flower Bed edge punched on outer edge of rosette. Here's a link that shows how to make a rosette for a card.

Christmas Ribbon Gift Tag!

Hello everyone. Here is a Christmas tag. I used a standard size shipping tag and adhered Christmas wired edge ribbon to cover the tag. These gift tags make great bookmarks and the ribbon is so beautiful on the tag.

The flower and leaves are from the Flower Shoppe Cartridge. The mum2 flower is on page 21 of handbook and the mums leaf is on page 22. I used glitter foam sheet and cut the flower out of it. The leaves is cut out on green card stock.

Christmas Angel card!!

Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great Friday! Here's a Christmas card I made. This angel image reminds me of an angel playing music to let everyone know that Mary had gave birth to baby Jesus. I sometimes think that everyone forgets the true meaning of Christmas. Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Our Savior Jesus.

Here is a close up of the images. The Angel is from Christmas Cartridge and the flower is from Flower Shoppe Cartridge. The Flower Shoppe cartridge is on my favorite carts list now. I love to make flowers:) The background pattern paper is DCWV The Christmas Stack Cardstock. This 12 x 12 paper pack has some pretty Christmas paper in it. I adhered a silver doily to the background pattern paper.

Christmas Candle Decoration!!

Hello everyone! Hope you are having a great week. Here is a Christmas candle decorations I put together today. I love how it turned out. I purchased the candle, pine cone flower at top of candle and garland from $ Tree Store. The garland is at the bottom of candle. I wrapped the green garland around candle so it would look like a wreath. The Red ribbon and religious stickers from Walmart.

I used my Flower Shoppe Cartridge to make the flowers. The flower I used for this project is on page 21 of the handbook. I cut one of the "Mum1" at 2 1/4 inches then I cut two of the "Mum2" at 2 1/4 inches and "Mum5" five leaves for flower at 1 inch. Leaves are on page 22. I tried to make the flowers look like a poinsettia. I had this cartridge since September and never used it until today.

I love these flame less scented battery operated candles. This Candle looks really pretty decorated.
