Print and Cut Card with Cricut Expore! :)

Hello friends! Today I'm sharing my first print and cut Cricut Explore project. I created this cute card. The Daffy and Donald Duck image is from the Mickey and Friends Cricut Cartridge. I love that I can print and cut Cricut images with Cricut Cartridges I own. :)

This stamp die cut is cut from the Cuttlebug Machine. I stamped Next to You is where I Belong on the die cut.The Next to You is where I Belong stamp is a Chalkboard Sentiments from My Craft Spot. That stamp I won from Nana @ 2 Creative Chicks for a challenge I entered. :)

Summer fun layout!

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a good day. We had a earthquake here on Tuesday afternoon around 1:52 pm. Everything in my house was shaking and falling off shelves. I yelled to my Daughter EARTHQUAKE!! We started praying to God and started running to get out of the house. When we got out side it had stopped and all the neighbors were out there. We could not believe what had just happen. My daughter was crying and I was scared and shaken up! I'm so glad no one was hurt by this earthquake. Here is another 8 1/2 by 11 inch layout page to go in to a 8 1/2 by 11 inch Your Story book for my daughter. One day I will have enough pages to complete the book. I got to keep working on the pages:)

The sun is from Mickey and Friends Cartridge and is on page #127 of the handbook. The wave border is from Life is a Beach and is on page# 45 of handbook and the 2010 is from this cart too. I purchase the clear two sided stickers from the $ Tree Store last year. I thought they would make a cute layout for my daughter and they did. I'm so glad I purchased them:) The sun face I used Lara's Crafts doll rub on faces. Purchased the rub on faces from Michael's.

I used a corner rounder to round corners on photo mat. I won from Mollie a blog friend a few months ago. Thanks again Mollie! This is an awesome paper tool to have. I'm linking this to Creative Cutter Room Challenge Splish Splash to make a water theme project. Get over there and play along and create a project. They have an awesome prize to give away :)

Sailboat Card!

Hello friends. I hope your day was wonderful. It was very rainy here today. We got lots of rain. Here is some cards I made today. I tried something new with this card. I used some brown corrugated cardboard for the background of card. I never used this on a card and I like it. I seen this corrugated cardboard used on another blog but I can't remember where at. I'm thinking about purchasing some different colors of this corrugated cardboard.

I made this one in different colors of paper:) This sailboat is from Mickey and Friends Cartridge. This sailboat is on page #120 of the handbook.

Sweet friend lollipop bouquet!

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great week. We are having very hot and humid weather here. We are staying inside to keep cool. Here is a lollipop gift I made for my friend. I always wanted to try to make one of these lollipop bouquet and here it is. This one was very easy to make. I can't wait to make some different ones! I purchase the clear water cups, blow pops and colored crafter sticks from the $ Tree Store. The crafter sticks are holding up the lollipop die cut. I cut a small piece of flower foam and put in cup to hold up the lollipops and other things. I shredded the pink paper in the clear cup in my paper shredder:) Click any photo to enlarge!


The lollipop die cut is from Mickey and Friends cartridge. The tag die cut I stamped Sweet friend is on Once Upon a Princess Cartridge. This is for Cooking with Cricut Challenge #43 to use a lollipops on project.

The inside of the card reads "Warm Smile". This Minnie shape card is so cute. I made another bow with white tulles and adhered to card. The card size is 7 3/4 inches Height by 4 3/4 inches Wide. Let me know if you want the DesignStudio or Gypsy cut file and I will Email it to you.

Happy Anniversary Card!

Hello everyone, I did two challenge in one. Over at Bitten By the Bug the challenge is to use the ring icon from the Mickey and Friend Cartridge. Chirper Challenge#19 is to create something INTERACTIVE. Any kind of project interactive, hidden picture or journaling, flip ups, pop ups or something that open or closes. I cut doily at 5 1/4 and blackout and liner from Wild Card Cartridge .I cut Happy Anniversary at 1 3/4 and the ring 4 times at 1 3/4 from the Potpourri Basket Cartridge. I cut the ring icon 4 times at 2 1/4 inch from the Mickey and Friends Cartridge. When the card is open the rings pop up. Have a good night all and I hope you all like my card ! : )
