Owl Charm Card!

Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week. My daughter starts spring break on Monday. I will not be doing any blogging. I will start posting again on April 3. I hope you have a safe and blessed Easter. Here is a few Birthday cards I made. The owls was handmade out of crafting felt. I didn't use a pattern. I free hand cut them out with my scissors.  :) The eye gem was put on with the i-rock tool. Card was embossed with cuttlebug Perfectly Paisley embossing folder. I punched holes with hole punch and added a silver and gold eyelets in top of owl. I outlined owl with  some stickles to give it some bling. Click on pictures to enlarge.
I made three different color. The Happy Birthday tags and Cakes is printed from My Memories Suite digital software. Butterfly is a MS punch out.
I like the white card the most. It is very pretty.
This is a cute card in person.
I cut a hole and tied owl charm embellishment inside with ribbon and a jump ring. Now it is hanging inside of card. The owl charm embellishment can be removed off of card.

Another Cute Project!!!

Happy Thursday! I hope you are having a great day. Hey, I got to let you know this! I was Talked About today and featured @ Designed Decor Link up Party #12. Click on blue link to check it out. :) I have another felt project to share today. I made some cute personalized dish liquid bottle aprons out of felt. Here is a link to the first dish liquid bottle aprons I made.
I did not use my sewing machine on this project. The good thing about using felt it doesn't need to be sewn around edges because it doesn't fray .  ;) I glued ribbon, flower and pink ric-rac on the apron.  The embossed letter is a iron on. The apron is a cut from Cricut Everyday Paper Doll. I used the Cricut machine and cut out the apron on heavy card stock  and traced apron pattern on blue  felt. Used my scissors to cut out felt apron.
These are so easy to make.
I used the I-Rock tool to adhere the gems to apron.
Have a great day. Thank you for stopping by!!! :)

DTC Challenge #47: Easter!!!

Happy Wednesday! It's time for a Easter Challenge at Decorate to Celebrate. For Challenge #47, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for an EASTER GET-TOGETHER, PARTY or EVENT!!  Let's celebrate EVERYTHING WONDERFUL ABOUT BUNNIES, CHOCOLATES, GOOD FRIDAY and THE RESURRECTION with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more!!  :)
For this challenge I created some Easter bag toppers for the Peeps treats. I cut a small piece of cardstock to fit top of clear cello bag. Scored down middle of cardstock and rounded corners with corner round punch. Added some foam bunny and  foam chick stickers to bag toppers and stamped {Some Bunny Loves You and Happy Easter}. Used double sided tape to adhere bag topper together. I never staple the topper and bag together. I'm afraid the children may get a staple in their mouth. Here is a video link to show how these toppers are made.
Now it's your turn to link a Easter Party decoration or supply. You can link it right HERE.
Have a great day! Thank you for stopping by and looking! ;)

A Cute Easter Bunny gift!

Happy Friday, everyone! I hope everyone had a great week. I'm Sorry for being MIA lately. I been so busy this week. I haven't had much time to post about the thing I been making . I been working on a lot of projects but not enough time to take pictures and share here. Here is a cute bunny in a bag with a candy treat. I made these for my daughter to give to a few of her friends. The bag was handmade by me with two sheets of 8 1/2 inch By 11 inch white paper. Here is how I score paper to make bag. On 8 1/2 inch side of paper score at 1 1/2 inch and 7 inch on score board. Turn paper to 11 inch side and score at 2 inch and 9 inch on scoreboard. Score both sheets of paper this way. Now use scissors to cut at 1 1/2 and 7 inch score lines on one end of both sheets of paper. This end will be the bottom of bag. If you want a window like mine. Take a X-ACTO circle cutter or any die cut to create a window. Then glue a piece of clear cello paper inside bag for window. Fold on all score lines and adhere the two sheets together. Now you have a bag to put a small gift in. ;)
This bunny on the outside of bag is from My memories Suite Digital software. I printed it out with my printer. The Happy Easter and Some bunny loves you stamp is a dollar stamp from Michael's Craft Store.
This pink bunny was purchased from Walmart for .97 Cents. Hope everyone likes my project for today. I know my daughter friends will!! :)

Lipstick Holder Gift Box Idea!!

Happy Friday , everyone! I hope you had a great week. Here is a lipstick holder box I made. This lipstick box holder was made using the X-ACTO Design Series Circle Cutter. I made a 4 1/2 inch circle, scored and folded box evenly and cut end tab inside box to hold lipstick inside box. I adjusted the guide on circle cutter to create a small circle for end tabs and only cut a half of circle for end tabs on each end of box to hold the lipstick inside box :) Great lipstick box idea HUH! The flower is a Cuttlebug Die {Garden Creatures}. Happy Birthday is a embellishment tag from My Memories Suite Software. This Birthday lipstick gift box I will give to my friend on her Birthday.
I left some boxes plain with no sentiment. I will be giving these to my Sisters when we go out for Girls Night Out.
Here is how the end tabs look when cut out. The end tabs is a half of circle cut. These end tabs hold the lipstick inside box. ;)
Here is the tool I used to create the circle and end tabs to make lipstick gift box.

DTC Challenge #46: St Patrick's Day!!!

Happy Wednesday, everyone!! It's time for another fun change at Decorate to Celebrate. For Challenge #46, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARTY or EVENT!!  Let's celebrate EVERYTHING WONDERFUL ABOUT LEPRECHAUNS, SHAMROCKS, RAINBOWS, and POTS O' GOLD with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more!!  :)
For my project I created this St Patrick's Day Lucky Banner. This banner was super easy to created in My Memories Suite Digital Software. I printed his banner out with my printer and I cut out banner pennants with scissors. I punched holes with my Crop-a dile in each banner pennants and put jute twine so I could hang banner on wall. I embellished the banner with shamrocks and green ribbon I purchased from the Dollar Tree Store. I saved the banner printable file so I could share and Email it my friends. :) All my friends have to do is print it out on 8 1/2 X 11 inch white card stock, cut out with scissors and assembly it!!! Each banner pennants measures 5 1/4 inch wide X 7 5/8 inch height. My Memories Suite has a SVG file it can be save in. If it is saved in SVG file you need to have a cutting machine like a Silhouette Cameo and it will cut banner and print it out for you. I never save my file as SVG file  because I don't have a Silhouette Cameo.

Now it is your turn to create a project. You can link your project up HERE!

Have a great week. Thank you for stopping. ;)
